*PLEASE READ* Membership Dues - Inekawa Conscious Awakening Center (ICAC)

An active annual membership with ICAC is required to participate in the sacred Ayahuasca ceremonies during the retreat. The membership fee is $150 per year. To become a member and review full membership details, visit: inekawaconsciousawakeningcenter.org/membership. If you are not already a member, you can complete your membership during registration or at the link above before attending the retreat. Membership details will also be sent in the registration email after booking.

Thursday Night Stay

If you’d like to arrive early, you’re welcome to stay with us on Thursday night. Check-in is available from 6:00–11:00 PM CT, and you’ll stay in the lodging you’ve booked. Breakfast will be provided on Friday morning.

6 Terms and Conditions

ICAC Membership - I acknowledge that participation in Ayahuasca ceremonies with the Inekawa Conscious Awakening Center requires an active membership. I understand that I must either already be a member or become a member by completing the necessary enrollment and paying the annual $150 membership fee. *	I agree.Please go to inekawaconsciousawakeningcenter.org/membership for membership details.
We require either a deposit or a full payment at the time of your booking. Once your payment is received your place is reserved. All deposits are non-refundable. In the event you are not accepted to the program, your payment will be returned in full. *	I agree.
If you cancel 14 days or more prior to the retreat start date: 100% of the deposit paid will be credited toward a future retreat scheduled within 12 months. *	I agree.
If you cancel 8-13 days prior to the retreat start date: 50% of the deposit will be credited toward a future retreat scheduled within 12 months, and the remaining 50% will be forfeited. *	I agree.
If you cancel 7 days or less prior to the retreat start date, or fail to attend without notice: No credits or rescheduling will be provided. 100% of your payment will be forfeited. *	I agree.
The full payment needs to be made at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the event. *	I agree.
Payments do not include the cost of plant medicines. *	I understand that payments made through Retreat Guru do not include the cost of: plant medicine, psychedelics or similar products. Supplementary Products Exclusion: Participants acknowledge and agree that these Fees presented and payable pertain solely to Services and Offerings, and will not include the cost of any plant-medicines or similar products (collectively, "Supplementary Products") which may be provided, offered, or distributed by a Commercial User, or any other party, in connection with Services or Offerings. Retreat Guru shall bear no responsibility or liability in connection with any provision, offering, or distribution of Supplementary Products, and is not a party thereto. All capitalized terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as assigned to them in Retreat Guru's Terms of Service.
